Lets face it, we all hate bugs in our gardens and farms.

Chickens are a natural bug repellent.

Anyone who has ever seen a Hen race across a yard to spear a Centipede would be impressed.  Not only do Chickens eat Scorpions and Centipedes, they eat other Bugs that like to eat our Fruits and Vegetable as well.

You can also get 2 or more “Egg Laying Chickens”.

Since most Chickens will roost in short Trees given the opportunity, Tim Walsh says you will need to put your Egg laying Chickens in a Pen to start off with. Chickens are very territorial with where they roost.
